Piquillo peppers are known for their sweet taste. They get their name from the Spanish word, "Piquillo", which means "beak", due to their pointed shape. These peppers are hand-picked from a small village called Lodosa, in the province of Navarre, in Northern Spain. Piquillo peppers can be eaten on their own for tapas, stuffed, roasted, or added into soups, sauces or paella.
