Made from the native Iberico black-footed pigs which are fed a diet of high-quality grains. This Blazquez Boneless Jamon Iberico is a dark ruby red and is marbled extensively throughout adding flavour and texture to each slice. Jamon Iberico is best served at room temperature, sliced thinly and paired with a glass of dry sherry.
