Returns and Exchanges

Lola & Miguel understands that sometimes a return or exchange is required.

If we are unable to catch an order that you would like cancelled, we will help you with a return or exchange to rectify the situation – please call us.

For us to process a return or exchange, please contact us at 647-688-5652, or, email us at customerservice@LolaAndMiguel.com, within 48 hours after receipt.

You will need the following information which can be found on your invoice;

  • Your Order ID #
  • Product Code
  • Product Name

Our thermally challenged items will require special care from you during this time. Please store them in a cool dry place or refrigerate as necessary and ensure that they remain unopened. 

 

APPROVED RETURNING PRODUCTS PROCESS

  1. We will send you a FedEx Return Label via email
  2. Please print and attach it to the sealed box with the returned product inside.
  3. We will process your refund once we have received the returned product in good order.
  4. Refunds are made in the original form of payment.
  5. Once the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. 
  6. We will do our best to process returns and exchanges as soon as possible.

*As a guideline, please anticipate 10-15 business days for the entire process.

**For product exchanges, we will need to charge your credit card for the new product being shipped to you and will process the credit for the returned product once received in good order.
