This sherry vinegar is produced from the Pedro Ximenez grape, which are left in the sun to dry giving a sweet aroma to this distinct product. It’s aged in American oak barrels using the traditional ‘Soleras y Criaderas’ system of mixing the more mature vinegars with the newest to create and exceptionally smooth product. This aromatic sherry vinegar is perfect for any dish, especially game, duck and red meats.
