In Spain squid ink is used in a variety of recipes including paella, pasta, and arròs negre. This particular ink comes from the cuttlefish, which is rich in flavour, smooth, and of the highest quality. When added to any dish it helps to elevate the flavour of each ingredient while adding a slight seafood flavour. Use within 1-2 weeks once open, otherwise it can be stored for up to 4 years. Product requires refrigeration after opening.
