Lola & Miguel understand that sometimes a return or exchange is in order. For us to process a return or exchange, please fill in the Product Return Form or contact us at 1-844-OLA-LOLA (652-5652) or customerservice@LolaAndMiguel.com as soon as possible after receiving the product and no later than 48 hours after receipt. You can find the link to the Product Return Form at the bottom right side of this page. You will need to know your Order ID #, Product Code and Product Name which can be found on your invoice. Our thermally challenged items will require special care from you during this time. Please store them in a cool dry place or refrigerate as necessary and ensure that they remain unopened.
We will send you a FedEx Return Label via email that you will need to attach to the sealed box with the returned product inside. We will process your refund once we have received the returned product in good order. Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Once the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. We will do our best to process returns and exchanges as soon as possible. As a guideline, please anticipate 10-15 business days for the entire process. For product exchanges, we will need to charge your credit card for the new product being shipped to you and will process the credit for the returned product once received in good order.
